El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel, a family-friendly resort offering both all-inclusive and room-only rate plans, is located on the beach in Mazatlan's Golden Zone, approximately 3 miles from downtown and 12 miles from the Mazatlan Airport. Amenities include a large free-form swimming pool featuring cascades, rock formations and water slides. Guests have access to facilities at all four resorts in the El Cid complex, including the restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops. All-inclusive privileges are limited to El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel. Activities and watersports can be arranged on site, including deep sea fishing, scuba, snorkeling and excursions. The four onsite restaurants include a snack bar by the pool, an oceanfront buffet restaurant, a gourmet Mexican restaurant, an international restaurant and a dinner theater. These restaurants are exclusive to guests on the all-inclusive plan. Guests who purchase a room-only rate may visit restaurants at the other El Cid hotels. The property also features a lobby bar, a swim-up bar and a disco.
